A strong Junior Sous Chef is required to work at a popular fresh food pub in Derbyshire
The Head Chef of a vibrant, busy pub is currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team of talented chefs working in the kitchen. The pub uses the finest ingredients available to offer high quality, relaxed dining with menus that include sharing boards, pizzas and grills as well as the opportunity to dine al fresco at the pub in the warmer months. In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be excepted to be capable of confidently working across the sections in the kitchen whilst at the same time supporting the senior chefs with the supervision of the junior chefs and deputising for the Sous Chef in their absence.
All chefs applying to this role should already be working at Junior Sous Chef level in a fast paced, all fresh food kitchen where you gained the skills needed to cook to high standards when under pressure. Good all round cooking skills alongside the ability to supervise junior chefs in the kitchen are both essential.
