A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a popular food led pub located in the Hay-On-Wye region
Located within a 20 minute drive of Hay-On-Wye this country pub based in a village setting is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team of eight chefs working in the kitchen. The pub creates dishes that use lots of Welsh produce with regularly changing menus depending on the produce available on the day making it popular with locals and visitors to the region. As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to be capable of working across the sections in the kitchen whilst also deputising for the Sous Chef and assisting with the supervision of the junior chefs.
A Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has a stable background working in high quality, fresh food kitchens serving busy venues is required for this role. A driven chef who is seeking a role where they can continue learning in a great working atmosphere would be ideal.
