A Junior Sous Chef role is available at a luxury two AA Rosette hotel in Cumbria
The Head Chef of a hotel that offers award winning dining is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team creating dishes for the two AA Rosette, fine dining restaurant as well as the lounge bar, banqueting and private dining rooms and afternoon teas. This is a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join a kitchen that has full control of the menus and choice of suppliers they use allowing you to become bring your own ideas to the menus. In this role you will be expected to be capable of working across the sections in the kitchen whilst also supervising the junior members of the brigade.
This role would suit a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has been working to at least two AA Rosette standards in their most recent position. All round cooking abilities with the ability to adapt to new sections and different menus easily is essential for this role.
