A popular destination pub located in Cambridgeshire is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef role
A pub that is set within a stunning village location is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team of seven chefs working in the kitchen which offers all day dining to its customers. The pub is well known for serving seasonal menus featuring plenty of local produce to create modern British dishes which are prepared onsite. In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to be capable of working across the sections in the kitchen whilst also deputising for the Sous Chef on their days off.
A Senior Chef de Partie or experience Junior Sous Chef who has been working in a similar high quality, fresh food operation is required to take on this position. It is important that you have all round cooking abilities but are also a confident supervisor who is capable of directing others in the kitchen.
