Our client a leading software company based in Farnborough are looking for a highly motivated and keen individual to join the support team. The software support analyst role is involved with both logging and answering support requests through to completion, and also working and assisting with the QA department to ensure products are deployed fit for purpose and without defects.
The successful candidate will be joining a company that is currently going through a period of rapid growth as we deliver their next generation of cloud based software packages to the market.
- Handle faults/requests through to completion via telephone/email/remote support.
- Escalation of issues where necessary.
- Liaising with the Development team for issue resolutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services.
- Maintain and run step by step testing plans on our software platforms.
- Record defects and liaise with the development department for recreating software issues.
Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to build strong relationships with our customers.
Ability to understand customer technical enquiries.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success.
Resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic, prepared to go the “extra mile”.
Good attention to detail.
