Junior Sister

Renal Servicesis a fast growing employer seeking talented professionals to join as band 6 NMC Registered Nurse. The Company is an independent provider of dialysis services working in partnership with the NHS, to deliver the highest level of care in state of the art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment.

You will be responsible for delivering high standard of individualised care, provide safe haemodialysis treatment, administration of prescribed medication, and assist the patients in activities of daily living. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team within the company and the external organisations/hospital Trusts.

We are offering competitive salaries from £26,565 to £30,000 depending on experience (matching NHS Pay bands)

This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the renal outpatient setting working with a range of renal replacement therapy equipment, managing individualised patient care for the specific patient group.

All applicants must be NMC registered.

A post graduate qualification in renal nursing is mandatory, candidates should also hold a mentorship qualification.

The ability to lead and develop a team with varied skills and experience is essential. Excellent communication skills and willingness to innovate and take on change are key to the role.
