DESCRIPTION

CRL is a market leading structural defects insurance provider. Due to our continued success and expansion we are looking to grow our sales teams across all offices.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a highly motivated income driven person looking for a career in sales. This is an office based role with high prospects in both earning potential and career development. By joining an already successful sales distribution team that has UK, Ireland and Spanish reach, you will be assigned to work alongside one of the firm’s top sales performers. Building relationships with new and larger clients will be driven by your ability to understand their entire client base. You will in turn grow to manage their high volume, lower price point jobs, with responsibility for closing sales on their behalf to meet a team target. If you are successful, you will be assigned your own book of clients independently manage. This is the sale of a product your client needs, it is a matter of whether you can build a solid relationship with them, for them to return to you to buy our product.

The Role

  • Grow with your team to lead strong client relationships
  • Accurately and efficiently respond to client needs and enquiries
  • Handle customer policies from quote through to final certification
  • Provide quotes for products and follow through to close the sale
  • Provide a superior client service
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client records
  • Taking part in regular sales team conference calls/meetings and actively contributing
  • Seeking opportunities for referral business from client base
  • Manage effective data input on SalesForce platform
  • Building your professional and technical skills for promotion to management
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
  • Cold calling to prospect for new business
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries in a timely manner
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gathering market and customer information including competitor quotes
  • Overcoming objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, building pipeline to meet or exceed targets
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

Candidates must be ambitious, self-motivated and ready to join a rapidly growing and focused team. Comprehensive training will be provided. Uncapped earnings potential.
