This client continues to invest heavily in their staff and is looking for a junior sales executive to join the team and drive future growth.


In the busy world of commercial property, there are always companies looking to move office re-design their existing offices. In a nutshell, it’s your responsibility to find the right companies, get through to the right people and then dig around for all the information you need. The end game is to provide the sales team with up-to-date information and contact details for them to call to book a meeting. You’ll play a key role in uncovering projects worth millions and if you impress, you’ll be rewarded with great opportunities to rise through the ranks of this leading company.

The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you?

Knowledge: At least 6 months’ experience in a cold calling environment; a track record of generating new business over the phone.

Attitude: hard-working, driven and incredibly money hungry, you’ll be willing to put in the hard yards required to be successful.

Skills: Tenacious sales style; credible and articulate over the phone; Authoritative and credible when dealing with senior decision makers.

Habits: Well-organised and proactive in uncovering new business opportunities.
