With a 10-year track record of helping clients move money around the globe, our client has recently won a huge new piece of business which has increased their level of inbound enquiries many times over. They now urgently need to hire new people to handle the extra customers. This role is all about speaking to new clients and taking good care of them. Yours will be the first voice each new client will hear so it’s critical that you’re warm, friendly and customer-service focused. After a friendly opening to the call, you’ll need to ask questions to understand their needs and to find out if you’re able to help with their currency needs. If you believe you can help, you’ll book in a call for your client to speak to a more senior member of the team or someone from the trading desk. You’ll be doing your job well if clients feel welcomed and with their needs met by a friendly, warm professional on the other end of the phone.

The basic salary for this role is £17,000pa plus commission. If you do your job well and hit targets you’ll make an extra £7-8,000 a year taking your total earnings to £25,000. You’ll receive outstanding training from an in-house expert.
