Posted 16 March by Sales Talent Easy Apply

With a 10-year track record of helping clients move money around the globe, our client has recently won a huge new piece of business which has increased their level of inbound enquiries many times over. They now urgently need to hire new people to handle the extra customers. With no experience required, this is a wonderful opportunity to start or develop your sales career in the world’s biggest market: Foreign Exchange.

This role is all about speaking to new clients and taking good care of them. Yours will be the first voice each new client will hear so it’s critical that you’re warm, friendly and customer-service focused. After a friendly opening to the call, you’ll need to ask questions to understand their needs and to find out if you’re able to help with their currency needs. If you believe you can help, you’ll book in a call for your client to speak to a more senior member of the team or someone from the trading desk. You’ll be doing your job well if clients feel welcomed and with their needs met by a friendly, warm professional on the other end of the phone.

Here’s the ideal profile our client is seeking. It’s unlikely you’ll tick every box but, if you have most of the requirements below, please get in touch. Remember, you do not need any relevant experience so this is a great chance to get your foot in the door.
