A vacancy has arisen for a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join the Litigation Team within the RTA team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with more MOJ Portal than litigation experience to build up their knowledge within litigation.
You will receive excellent support and training and benefit from a caseload of high quality claimant work. The role is situated within a not for profit department within the firm, so the successful applicant will also benefit from working without the constraints of a fee earning target.
You will have a solid knowledge of RTA claims and the Civil Litigation rules, a thorough understanding of the MOJ Portal process and a desire to progress into litigated work.
For further information in relation to this vacancy, please contact Laura Chappell on or apply online.
