The Opportunity

As a Consultant, you will be provided with support and training to carve your career within Recruitment. Working within a team with a combined 40 years public practice experience, there truly is no place better to ensure personal development into a Senior Consultant role.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing market knowledge and recruitment advice to clients

  • Sourcing candidates via databases, web portals, networking, advertising & referrals

  • Providing CV, interview and career advice to candidates

  • Effectively interviewing and assessing candidates

  • Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages

  • Developing and managing client relationships

  • Excellent Basic Salaries

  • No Threshold on commission | Flat 15% of all fee's generated

  • Commission paid monthly on the month the fee is generated

Key skills and attributes:

  • Prior recruitment experience

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel & Outlook
