Junior Parts Assistant

My client, a car body repair workshop, are seeking a junior parts administrator to join their team in Witham.

Additional Information:

* Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30, 1 hour lunch

Duties will include:

* Ordering parts
* Data entry
* Liaising with suppliers and customers, keeping customers up to date with any delays
* Using the CRM system and contacting customers to arrange estimates
* Booking in dates and return of vehicles
* Assisting with general reception and administration duties, including answering the telephone, responding to emails, greeting customers and filing

The successful candidate will have strong computer and communication skills.
