Do you hold IFA Administration experience and now looking for a step up on the career ladder? Ideally you will be working towards your Diploma where full support with qualifications will be given as well as a fantastic increase in salary per exam completed.
This role is a technical role and you will be expected to have a good command of the English language both orally and written. You must be computer literate with good use of Word and Excel.
Progress towards your diploma and experience within an IFA administration role, is essential. This role is positioned between the administration and paraplanning sides of the client liaison team and would suit an individual with drive and commitment to complete the diploma and progress into a technical paraplanner role. Over the longer term there is flexibility for this role to suit a career paraplanner or an individual who is looking to progress into Advising, if you demonstrate the appropriate skills.
You must be highly organised as you will be responsible for preparing for reviews, including collating pre review information from clients, compiling basic suitability reports, inputting cashflow modelling and ensuring the back office system is maintained accurately.
In addition to your salary my client also provides exam support, a pension contribution matched up to 3% and they have a social committee with a budget for activities throughout the year.
