The PR team sits within the wider Publishing team which is renowned for being the most creative, dynamic and sociable team within the business. Comprising Video, SEO, PR, brand and technical specialists, the Publishing team is responsible for making all of our clients website content world class and devising award-winning media campaigns.
The Outreach Content team create exciting, click-worthy stories that media outlets all over the world want to feature. The junior outreach content executive will work with the rest of the Outreach team to develop a constant pipeline of new stories that will earn our brands media write ups - overseeing everything from idea generation to asset creation to press release writing. A highly creative role, the right candidate will have a passion for media and storytelling and understand what sort of content gets people talking. Previous campaigns include 'Which US state is the new Silicon Valley?’ or 'Which country has the worst gender pay gap? Because we have such a high volume of campaigns going out each week, the role also requires you to be process driven and be able to analyse the results of your campaigns and optimise based on its success and work effectively with the brand managers and design team to maintain a constant flow of new campaigns.
Working as part of the outreach content team you will be responsible for helping plan and create newsworthy outreach campaigns that hit international headlines, with the aim of driving visitors back to our sites. You will work closely with the SEO sites team to develop content campaigns that are relevant to our brands, highly topical and tell a great story. You’ll support the outreach content team by developing new systems and processes to ensure that every content campaign is truly world class and helps drive awareness for our brands.
