Fixed-term contract - 6 months duration, to start ASAP
We are currently recruiting for someone with previous experience of working in Facilities, ideally working within a large, managed services building. Alternatively, if you have transferable administration or office support experience and would like to move into an Office Manager role then we would love to hear from you.
Your role will be to support the Real Estate Project Manager with a focus on facilities administration/support.
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate very good communication skills, both written and spoken, as you will be the first point of contact for all front office and back office queries in relation to facilities and the building. This will range from heating/air con queries to employees requesting new desks and desk moves, etc.
You will be responsible for managing all the services and supply contracts on behalf of the company and liaising closely with the building management team.
This person will work closely with the Real Estate Project Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office.
