Are you a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer from a Plant background or similar looking for a varied role within a tight-knit team where you can further your career within a globally recognisable Aerospace company who offer health insurance, travel discounts, occasional overtime and a clearly defined progression path to Leadership / Management levels?

This company are a subsidiary of a market leading Airline who have over 25,000 employees worldwide, with 300 employees on site in Hayes. They are experiencing continual success and as such are looking for new Engineers to join their maintenance team.

This varied role will see you working on a 2-shift pattern within a tight-knit team of 5 as you assist with the smooth running of the plant, maximising utilisation of equipment and improving processes. You will carry out mechanical and electrical planned maintenance within all areas of the plant including inspections, assessments, repairs, breakdowns and fault diagnosis on equipment and the building itself.

The Role:
* Maintenance of Plant Equipment, Machinery and the buildings themselves
* Carrying out Planned Maintenance and fault-finding
* 2 shift pattern- Monday-Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
* Overtime available when required

The Person:
* Maintenance Engineer or similar
* Plant Maintenance background
* Happy to work a 2-shift pattern
* Commutable to Hayes
