Our client is looking for a permanent Junior IT Support Technician to work within a small team who primarily focus in exceeding the expectations of their dedicated and loyal customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service experience and be working towards/or have a relevant IT qualification. Full training is provided!
-Carry out remote 1st/ 2nd line support.
-Log support calls into a bespoke database.
-Answering emails and calls in a helpful, positive and friendly manner.
-Taking ownership of support requests ensuring they are resolved to the customers’ satisfaction
-Ensuring customer expectations are managed correctly and that these expectations are met
-Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues to the customer’s satisfaction
-Experience in providing outstanding customer service
-Technical knowledge, self-taught or previous working experience
-Working towards/ achieved a relevant IT qualification
-Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a busy environment
-Desire and ability to learn new skills
-Flexibility and willingness to "go the extra mile"
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
