Established many years ago, this business has 2 main sites in the UK but plans to continue to expanding. Having recently joined a larger group, they have seen substantial investment across the business with a particular focus on IT and internal systems. Now keen to drive these improvements forward, they want a passionate individual who want to learn lots whilst be involved in these key projects!
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for working in a small but experienced team focused on the IT support across the business as well as the wider group. Key duties will include; Windows desktop, active directory, office, Phone, printers, mobile scanners, BAU and project work (ERP/ WMS). Occasional travel to the other sites will be required but will be rare.
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to join a rapidly changing business offering varied and exciting work whilst becoming one of the 'go to' experts within IT.
*1st and some 2nd line support (Training on offer)
*Microsoft environment, Windows, Office, Printers, Scanners
*Work on their warehouse management system
*Supporting multiple sites remotely and very occasionally face to face
* Active directory
* BAU and project work
* Small but experienced team
*Relevant IT qualification or education
*Some commercial experience is desirable but not essential
*Looking for on the job training and support
*Looking to join an expanding business that invests in their staff.
*Looking for a friendly and like-minded working environment
