Junior IP / IT Lawyer required for a Legal 200 practice in Kent for full-time work.

They are now seeking a client-focused Junior Intellectual Property/Information Technology Lawyer for their team in Kent.

The Role
A rare opportunity for an Intellectual Property / Information Technology Lawyer has arisen in our clients’ busy department in Kent. A junior position, this is suited to qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience who is comfortable building and maintaining existing caseload under minimal supervision and representing high net worth clients. Matters will include: drafting and negotiating transactions; software licensing and maintenance agreements; trademark patent; pre-action advisory work; copyright cases; licensing; company names tribunal; data protection; domain name disputes and; website content.

The successful Lawyer will be client focused and looking to develop a career with a top tier firm, working alongside experienced fee earners. The Candidate
Ideally, a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE.

Handle your caseload under minimum supervision.
Looking to develop and progress in a top ranking department.
Willing to participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
