Job title: Junior HR Advisor
Location: South Manchester
Salary: Competitive

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Advisor to join a leading organisation in South Manchester.

This is a varied role working on a wide range of topics across the employee life cycle on a daily basis. Working closely with the HR Business Partner you will act as the first point of contact to managers and employees for HR Advice and support.

Key responsibilities include

Providing first line HR advice to all UK employees and their managers
Actively coach and support managers on people related topics
Managing all employee new starter probation periods, documentation and reporting
Minute taking in formal meetings
Conducting employee investigations
Supporting managers with performance management activity
KPI and report producing around absence, sickness, holidays
Management of all MI (KPI report/Headcount report/ Starters and leavers/Time to hire/ sourcing mix/recruitment costs)
Reporting on pay rise requests, changes to bonus schemes etc
On-boarding, inductions, exit interviews and return to work
Recruitment, training and L&D administration
The updating of all HR PeopleSoft records, employee handbook and HR templates

The successful candidate

Experience of working in a commercially focussed HR team
Experienced HR Admin/Junior HR Advisor experience
Proactive in their approach
Strong HR Administration background
Willingness to get involved in general administration
Operates well in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills
UK employment law knowledge
Good Attention to detail
Strong computer literacy, experience with PeopleSoft would be beneficial
