Junior Hire Accounts Manager
Berry Recruitment have an exciting position for a Junior Hire Accounts Manager, within a large communications company.
Job Type: Temp - Perm (Temp for 9 months through Berry Recruitment with a view of going permeant with the company after this duration.)
Start Date: February (ASAP)
Hours of Work: 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break) overtime is always available for evening and potentially weekend work
Rate: £8.75
General Duties:
-Account Management: to manage existing accounts assigned to you. Ensuring all enquires are dealt with quickly and efficient to ensure client events are scheduled and processed in a timely manner, to produce quotations as required.
-Administration: to effectively use the "All Hire" computer software system and regularly assist in loading your hire jobs. Issuing paperwork and assist with invoicing when required. -
-Event Planning: to assist with the planning of larger events liaising with other account managers, service department and other suppliers and contractors as required to ensure the event equipment and services are delivered on time and to the correct client requirements.
-Site Surveys: to carry out site surveys to determine equipment requirements, radio coverage and other aspects of the site / venue that could affect the use4 or performance of the equipment to be delivered.
-Event Manning: as required to attend a client site / venue and be available to assist the client with the issue and collection of radios and provide support to the client as required and in relation to the equipment and services delivered by the company.
-Set Up and Set Down: as required to attend a client site or venue and set up and set down equipment with regard to base stations, antennas and other such equipment related to the products and services provide by the company.
-Hire Sales: to personally generate hire sales through various mediums including mailshot / emails, cold calling, web search and with leads.
-Monthly Report: To provide a monthly report on your activities including sales, site visits, leads generated and event feedback.
