Job Title: Junior Frontend Web Developer

Location: Manchester

Salary: up to £27,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client, a rapidly growing customer experience agency in Manchester, requires a Junior Frontend Web Developer for their growing team. The Junior Developer will help to build exciting websites and digital experiences for global organisations. The Junior Developer will:

  • Build frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS/SASS and JavaScript.
  • Be involved in planning new applications and features, working alongside the product team to take the vision through prototyping and user testing to completion.
  • Be integral in shaping the direction of the company's use of technology, and help to continually improve and optimise the tools and techniques used.

What do you need to apply?

  • The Junior Developer will have at least 1 years’ commercial experience with a solid understanding of Frontend principles.
  • Technically you will have experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, responsive development, and exposure to build tools such as gulp/yarn.

It would be beneficial to have experience in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue, and experience with Foundation/Bootstrap. If you have exposure to working with Lean/agile practices and experience of CMS operation and templating, especially Drupal/Twig and Umbraco/Razor - then even better!
