We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an individual looking to step up into a Financial Planner role within 12 months. We are seeking to recruit a Junior Financial Planner to join a highly regarded wealth manager with offices in the City of London. This firm has both a wealth management and professional services division.

The Financial Planning division is a specialised arm of the firm dedicated to providing comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to individuals, families, and businesses. This division focuses on helping clients navigate complex financial challenges, plan for the future, and maximise their financial well-being.

We are currently working with this reputable business to expand their team by recruiting a Junior Financial Planner. We are seeking an individual who is keen to move into an advisory role and be signed off within 12 months. During the first 12 months, your role will involve attending client meetings to learn the advice process, building relationships with clients, learning from Senior Financial Planners, and some report writing. After the initial 8-12 month learning process, you will be signed off as competent and given a client bank to manage and advise.

Our client will consider two types of candidates for this role:

• Senior Paraplanner: Chartered or within two exams, with current client contact or attendance at client meetings, possibly CF30 authorised. This person should want to move quickly into a Financial Planner role within 12 months.

• Chartered Financial Planner: With less than 12 months of advising experience, seeking to step up and join a UHNW Wealth Management firm to take their career to a new level.

Package Includes:

• A generous base salary of £55,000 to £65,000, depending on skills and experience.
