My client, a well-established firm known for offering top-tier advice on pensions, investments, retirement planning, tax planning, IHT, trusts, mortgages, and protections across Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Financial Administrator. With ambitious plans for organic growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to excellence.

Role Overview:

  • Assist IFAs and Mortgage Advisers with client file and record preparation.
  • Prepare reports and letters for Advisors and Paraplanners.
  • Onboard new client information into the system.
  • Liaise with third parties to obtain information on clients’ current policies.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client communications.
  • Utilise strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and a solid work ethic.

The ideal candidate is at the early stages of their career, possibly with some basic knowledge of the Private Client Wealth Management sector, experience in an FCA regulated environment, or at least six months of office administration experience. This role offers structured career progression within a growing firm known for its excellent recommendations and referrals, making it a rewarding career path.

This Financial Administrator role is Initially office-based with hybrid working options after passing probation.
