We are looking for contact centre experienced candidates preferably from a financial services, customer service or sales background that are eager to look at new ways of improving the customer journey. We want people that put the customer at the heart of everything they do, who can work well in a team and have the drive and commitment to serve our customers, while maximising there sales.
If this is you then we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our new team in London within our Events division.
·You will provide what matters to our customers by effectively understanding queries and addressing customer needs across multiple channels.
·You will create a trusted business environment through the delivery of excellent customer service
·You will own and resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact where possible.
·You will deliver quality and reliable service to my Customers and/or colleagues
·You will be well presented when working within the events/ functions
·Liaising with centre management
·Completing all daily paper work
·Engaging customers in conversations to understand their needs

Live Innovations are looking for people with some experience within a customer service, sales or retail background. But don’t let lack of experience hold you back as we are also interested in people that are after a career change. So if you have little or no experience don’t let that put you off applying. Working within the events and promotions team you must be well presented and have excellent communication skills.

As a company we also like to make sure we maximise sales and revenue while driving the business forward. All sales are paid on completion allowing for uncapped and commission only. While working self-employed this will allow you to capitalise on your earnings and future. Candidates must be 18 due to client demands as you will be signing contracts on behalf of customers. This position is based in North London so please be sure that you can commute in on a daily basis. Applicants living outside the city may not be contacted.
