Role: Sales Representative
£25,000 starting salary

We provide every customer with free smart meters and highly competitive tariffs, which has aided us in becoming one of the most established suppliers in the UK energy market. As we continue to grow, we are looking for 4 sharp, talented and motivated graduates to begin our Sales Executive training programme. This has been continuously tailored since our beginning and has been at the core of our success story. You will receive intensive one to one training from internal Industry experts who have built their reputation and careers from the same beginnings. We offer a competitive starting salary of £23,000 and the chance to work in our brand new London offices. Trainees will also earn commission on their sales, with their first year OTE expecting to exceed £39,000. Additional targets include cash bonuses and expenses paid holidays to places such as Paris, Vegas and Marbella. Trainees will be responsible for sourcing and meeting prospective clients. You will determine their business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable for them. You decide whether the product needs adapting to meet the client's needs and answering any technical questions the client might have. This role will be conducting using a variety of means including phone calls, emails and computer software to source the best clients.
A stand out candidate will have a motivated and persistent personality, excellent interpersonal skills and show clear ambition with proven examples to support this shown in their work experiences or academic history. This role has high earning potential so money should be a significant motivation for the candidate's career. As this is a graduate opportunity, candidates should hold a competitive degree (2.2 or above). A degree in Engineering, Geography or another relevant subject may be advantageous. Previous sales experience is not necessary as full on the job training will be provided.
