Calling talented Lab Technicians - this is an amazing opportunity to launch your career into Cosmetics Product Development and Formulation. Based in a busy laboratory developing a variety of bath, body & home fragrance products for the UK and International markets.

Product development needs to be a true passion as this role will allow you to work with new raw materials and formulate industry-compliant products meeting the brief provided by colleagues in Marketing & NPD. Working on Bench/Prototype and Scale-up projects, you’ll report to the Senior Formulations Chemist and work closely with others in the team. A can-do, flexible attitude is essential, this is a dynamic environment where customer needs can change at the last minute!

The ideal individual will have gained at least one years’ laboratory-based work experience, perhaps within the Beauty/Fragrance/Flavours/Fragrance/Cleaning/Laundry sectors and be educated to A Level/equivalent in Chemistry. In terms of motivation; a strong drive to learn and develop your knowledge further, (gaining the Diploma in Cosmetics Science in the longer term), will see you becoming a key of this small supportive team.
