We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Junior Developers to join our Product Development Team. You will be exposed to all aspects of the development lifecycle and will be provided with a range of project tasks as well as a number of key research, training and learning opportunities. This will enable you to obtain a greater understanding of the tools, techniques and processes required of a Landmark Group developer. You will provide assistance and support within the team in the design and implementation of products, applications, websites and tools both internal and external.
Our Developers have an important voice in how our products are constructed, so an open and collaborative approach to change is essential. Our teams have great opportunities for personal development and therefore the role would benefit a self-motivated learner.
You must be a highly motivated, collaborative individual with experience of web/ software development and the associated processes, including Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate would have some demonstrable experience in some of the following technologies/tools:
•Postgres (or other databases)
You should be committed to learning and developing your skills as a developer and be able to demonstrate your approach to this.
A key aspect of the role is being able to articulate and converse with customers and colleagues who are less technically proficient so you will be able to show great communication skills.
