Position:Junior Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, parking available, pension scheme
*Answering customer telephone queries and on website chat platform taking messages when needed.
*Keeping customer accounts up to date in our Salesforce system and bespoke in-house system.
*Assist customers on the phone with confirming bookings and quotes.
*Basic admin duties: logging details onto the database, checking reviews, uploading new contact details to system.
*Other admin duties as required
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent calm telephone manner
*Experience with the Gmail platform
*Experience with Microsoft, word, excel
Education and Qualifications:
*English GCSE C or equivalent
*Ambition to work hard and build a career via internal progression
*Proactive and tenacious attitude
*Strong team player with a strong initiative and able to work individually
