Just Recruitment are working in partnership with a specialist Insurance services organisation in order to fulfil several key vacancies within the business.

Due to continued growth, they have a new opening on their compliance team for a Junior Compliance Analyst.

This role will be well suited to a candidate with direct insurance experience who has had some exposure to a role within a compliance function or a graduate with a real desire to build a career in compliance who possess a degree in a relevant subject such as mathematics for example.

Insurance Industry experience is highly advantageous!

Duties:

*Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of the firm's compliance monitoring plan (CMP);
*Assisting with regular oversight of the firm's existing and growing network of appointed representatives;
*Support the Assistant Compliance Manager with the newly acquired businesses
*Provide administrative support to the compliance department;
*Making applications on the FCA's Connect system and assisting with the administration of the regulatory RMAR reporting;
*Assisting with financial promotions and using initiative to proactively help and support the Assistant Compliance Manager and their team;
*Assisting the compliance team to undertaking relevant due diligence on new clients;
*Support the Assistant Compliance Manager in all aspects of their roles and
responsibilities.

Experience/Qualifications/Knowledge:

*This role would be suitable for candidates who ideally have a years work
experience preferably in a compliance function or within the general insurance sector, would be beneficial.
*Candidates should be willing to learn, can work on different tasks in a fastmoving environment and have a keen interest in compliance or regulation.
*Working towards, or having a passion to work towards, a relevant qualification such as the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification would be preferable.

General:

*Ensure adherence to internal controls;
*Work closely with clients and building relationship;
*Good organisation skills and administrative skills.
