Established 4 years ago by an expert with almost 20 years’ industry experience, this company has gained a reputation for their great work - 50% of their projects are with repeat clients. Having gone from strength to strength since 2014, they have ambitious plans for the next few years. To achieve this, they need an experienced, well connected networker to make those plans a reality.


Role
A highly autonomous role, you’ll be out and about networking with senior professionals to gain information and bring opportunities to the table that are unattainable to most. You’ll generate revenue through utilizing your strong contact book of agents, PMs, architects and landlords. This role is a great opportunity for somebody to join a D&B organisation that is honest, highly responsive to client needs and looking to grow.


Person
You’ll be a proven networker with at least 1 year experience in a similar role within the market. Perhaps you’re a great commercial agent looking to switch into the lucrative world of D&B. As well as that relevant experience, you’ll need:


A personable and enthusiastic personality. You’ll have the energy and gravitas to connect with people in the market day in day out.


The ability to generate around £1m in office fit out opportunities per year.

Package
