Junior Claims Handler
A new vacancy has arisen for a Junior Claims Handler to join a successful, well established independent broker based in West Yorkshire. The role will involve assisting in a junior capacity, in the presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims. You will take details of the claim from the client and arrange for the appropriate claim form to be sent. Assisting in the completion of the form where necessary in order for this to be forwarded to the insurer together with supporting documentation. Liaising closely with the Account Executives and/or Loss Adjusters if appropriate in order to progress the claim. Providing claims history and statistics for renewal negotiations.
Applicants applying for this vacancy must have attained a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, and experience gained in general insurance sector.
