My client is a well established Courier company who is seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join their successful sales team! You must be confident, personable and resiliant with strong time management.
Daily duties include:
- Offering UK & International courier services to businesses in and around Central London.
- Arranging appointments over the phone for sales consultants to attend
- Sourcing your own sales leads
- Aiming to make 12 new business sales appointments a week
- Calling approximately 100 prospective customers every day
AFTER A SUCCESSFUL YEAR YOU WILL BE TRAINED AS A FIELD SALES CONSULTANT ( BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER,)
- Setting the same 12 business sales appointments
- Attending meetings and travelling into Central London
- Closing new business to achieve your target
- Maintaining your own client base
- Delivering revenue by making quality business meetings with decision makers at all levels
- Dealing with negative responses
Requirements of candidate:
- Confident on the phone
- Good work ethic
- Must be able to adapt to working under pressure
- Meeting targets
- Full training and support provided
- At least 1 years experience in a sales orientated role
