Hays have teamed up with a leading Belfast construction consultancy offering Building Surveying expertise to mainly private sector clients. This growing multidisciplinary practice work primarily on hotel and office schemes across the UK and Ireland delivering Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management expertise on a range of large scale projects.
Your new role
This position encompasses all of the technical aspects of a Building Surveying role as well as developing and maintaining the relationships between new and existing clients. Reporting to the Senior Building Surveyor and Director, you will lead a mix of projects to build on your current skills and develop your career.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you should possess a degree qualification in Building Surveying, with 1-3years of experience working in a similar role. Ideally with experience in a construction consultancy, you must possess excellent client facing skills. Strong organisational capabilities are vital to this role to ensure that projects are completed within defined timescales.
