We are currently seeking a Junior Architectural Technician to join a growing UK architectural practice on a permanent basis in Buckinghamshire. Our client are working on a number of on exciting commercial, mixed-use and office projects throughout the UK. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified Architectural Technician or Technologist to grow their career with an innovative practice.

The selected Junior Architectural Technician will have a number of roles and responsibilities. You will be helping to create detailed technical models and drawings based on information given by the design team. You will use your knowledge of AutoCAD and other industry software to create models across planning and technical stages. You will ensure this work is in line with the quality and standards of the project brief.

The following skills, experience and attributes are required:

  • Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or equivalent
  • Passionate about architecture
  • Experience using AutoCAD software
  • Experience using Revit would be ideal
  • Knowledge of planning and technical design stages
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
