Elevation IT are looking for a passionate mobile developer who is looking to take their Android skills to the next level. Working as part of our clients dynamic team you will help build cutting edge Android applications that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of our core Android applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that follows best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Debug and fix issues within Android apps, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Perform unit testing and actively participate in code reviews
• Work with the latest Android frameworks and tools while staying up to date with emerging trends in Android technology
• Contribute to the entire app lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing
• Assist senior developers in solving complex technical challenges

We are keen to speak to candidates who have the following:

• A degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent hands on experience with a focus on Android development
• Experience with Java and/or Kotlin for Android development
• Familiarity with Android Studio and related development tools
• Basic understanding of Android SDK, APIs, and libraries
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively
