My client; a legal services company in Windsor is looking for a Junior Administrator to take on administrative duties within their office. The successful candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills and will have the ability to communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner.

Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00-18:00
Salary: Up to £17,000 per annum

Key duties:

  • Liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Ensure that all data entered onto the system is accurate
  • Deal with incoming letters, fines or post and organise efficiently
  • Prepare letters to be posted
  • Preparing and scanning documents onto the system

Key requirements:

  • Fluent in English - written and spoken
  • Communication must be outstanding
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Must have outstanding attention to detail
  • Italian language is an advantage
