Our client is a licensed insolvency boutique practice, which provides business advice on company rescue, restructuring and insolvency. They have lots of knowledge and experience within the industry and offices around the UK.
Due to growth, they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Clifton.
Within this role responsibilities will include:
Administrative tasks such as filing, general administration and updating records on the system and sending out letters and information to clients. You will also be happy to answer the phone, take messages and ability to use computer essential, basic administration tasks to which training will be given.
Ideally they will have some office experience in an accounting office scenario but not essential for the correct candidate. Must be able demonstrate they are literate, numerate and understands confidentiality.
For this role, it’s essential you have a positive and can-do approach, ideally you may have gained SOME experience with finance or accounts however, some administration experience would be perfect for them (however little) but the positive and professional approach to working for an insolvency firm is very important. It’s also important that you have a head for numbers and superb IT skills. Finally the ability to work in a role where confidentiality is very important. They deal with a mix of both corporate and personal clients, so it’s important you have excellent communication skills.
