A rare opportunity to join this local company having been established since 2004. They currently offer services to over 100 corporations from a wide range of business sectors including (but not limited to) finance, pharmaceutical, engineering and media.
A varied and interesting role, you will be supporting the team in all administrative duties including updating the CRM, answering the telephone, data entry, assisting the Directors, scanning documents etc.
You will need to have good experience in a similar role, however training will be given. You will have great IT skills, a good telephone manner and be very organised and efficient. You will also need to be a great team player at the same time as being able to work on your own initiative too!
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
