Junior Admin Assistant (Legal) - to £15K p.a.

Working for a small but well respected corporate law firm you will be providing a full range of admin support to support the lawyers. Working under the supervision of the Office Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a legal environment and develop your legal career if you want to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring incoming calls and passing on accurate messages.

  • Producing documents, reports, attendance notes, marketing materials and other communications.

  • Providing admin support for projects and events.

  • Diary management and arranging meetings.

  • Researching information and updating and maintaining databases.

  • Filing and photocopying.

  • Creating and archiving files and documents.

  • Dealing with confidential information.

  • Greeting clients and providing good customer service skills.

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with other staff.

    Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience in an office based admin/customer service role is essential and a genuine interest in law and the legal professional would be beneficial

  • Strong MS Office and ability to use the internet for research purposes

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Good customer service skills

  • Accurate with a good attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Organised with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

  • Good team player with the ability to communicate effectively with members of staff
