Junior Account Manager - A highly rgarded and established company in their market is growing rapidly due to their competitiveness and first class customer service to their portfolio of commercial clients. Due to their success they are looking to take on a new member in their Account Management team. In return our client will provide on the job training by experienced Account Managers and the opportunity to develop and progress up to an Account Manager who will have full responsibility of their own clients in time.

Our client is based in an amazing location which provides security, free parking and 24 hour fully equip gym. They are commutable from Great Dunmow, Stansted, Bishops Stortford, Harlow area by car.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and championing of excellence customer service ensuring all incoming communications from clients are handled quickly and efficiently. Accurate data entry is essential as you wil be updating client records on the company's bespoke CRM system.

You will be the first point of contact for clients by email, telephone and post.

Manage the liaison with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations for clients

Send quotations and reports to clients (using a template) within a deadline

Maintain client records, communicate with clients throughout their project and manage tasks from start to finish relating to the clients original specification

Arrange regular site visits for technical staff to visit the clients

Build strong lasting relationships with clients, suppliers

Get involved and participate in all the company's marketing plans and activities

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and can give examples of how they have demonstrated the same in previous roles:-

Attention to detail

Strong communicator and enjoys building relationships both by email and telephone

Highly organised and confident working in Microsoft Outlook, work and excel

Accurate Data Entry

Happy to work with numbers when reviewing costs
