Junior Account Manager

We are looking to recruit a Junior Account Manager for new offices in Kings Hill. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 10.30am -7.00pm

Due to recent expansion we are pleased to announce the opening of our client's Kent hub in February 2018. This well established and highly successful logistics and distribution company are setting up a satellite office to support the London office with their customer satisfaction function. We are looking for a new member to join our client's team to embark on an exciting new challenge for their business. You will be positive, conscientious, reliable and hardworking. With the ability to manage a number of incoming queries via email and telephone in a calm, professional and effective manner ensuring overall client satisfaction at all times.

The ideal candidate will be happy speaking with clients on a daily basis, resolving their delivery problems and escalating issues through service providers to come to an effective resolution with minimum inconvenience to the client. They will liaise with clients regarding special requirements and advise on best service selection and give booking advise to clients when needed.

As Junior Account Manager E-Commerce you will have a proven track record in a Customer Focused environment and will understand the value of excellent customer care enabling you to provide the best possible care for our client base.

An ideal candidate will be a true people person who is supportive, well organised, flexible, reliable, numerate and literate with a good attitude to hard work and problem solving. Candidates will be required to use various computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as our internal systems for which training will be provided for.

A good telephone manner is essential as is the ability to provide clear communication by email using good literacy. Candidates should show initiative and work very well under pressure.

Duties will include: Answering the telephone and client services emails Dealing with quotations, queries and complaints, logging them accordingly and providing regular feedback and updates to clients Meeting Client Reporting Deadlines, daily, weekly and monthly according to client SLAs

Ensuring client contact information is maintained in the CS database

Ensuring client procedures are maintained

Liaising with staff internally and service providers externally to ensure client satisfaction at all times

Problem solving surrounding delivery issues or any other client queries

Invoice Data Management

The right candidate will be:

Confident and friendly in nature

Have the ability to multi task and have exceptional organisation skills

Show attention to detail Basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel is a must

Knowledge of Word would be advantageous.

Answering emails and dealing with clients on the telephone

Experience within Logistics would be advantageous
