This is a great opportunity for an experienced Junior Account Manager to join an excellent company that specialises in designing and sourcing branded merchandise for corporate clients. This business has been established for over 17 years and is growing rapidly. They invest heavily in training their staff, ensuring they are kept motivated and have a clear career path. As such staff turnover is very low, in fact many of the directors there started at this level.
What would your job involve?
To manage the day to day requirements of their customers: sending enquiries and orders to for the delivery of promotional merchandise. To be responsible for customer service, account management, delivery performance, and managing individual targets. Targets will be based on orders, and invoiced business. This includes all aspects of dealing with enquiries, sending quotes, following up with customers, converting enquires to orders, liaising with suppliers on pricing, and ensuring smooth deliver. You will also be required to maintain customer relationships for ongoing repeat orders.
