Working alongside the Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Senior Sales Admin Assistant or existing Assistant Account Manager within a high street supplier.
As Assistant Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
*Booking in sample cloth and bulk cloth approvals
*Test reporting on bulk and base cloth
*Bulk cloth management
*Ordering cloths and trims
*Sourcing fabric and trims, trim development, sourcing and approvals
*Attending regular meetings with customers
*Managing orders and always looking for ways to make sales
*Organising press samples
*Instructing the Design Room on new samples to be put to work
*Management of customer and internal databases
*Writing cloth and garment orders
*Invoicing and any other administration as requested by the Sales Manager
