An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager to join an established and rapidly growing recruitment business based in Kingston, Surrey.
This role would suit a bright and motivated individual that has had previous experience within a Customer Services or Client Services role.
Supporting one of the Senior Account Managers you will work across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring the service we have promised is delivered effectively. Providing recruitment services to a number of high end businesses across the UK the role will involve managing the full candidate experience initially. This role will focus on supporting the full recruitment process from resourcing candidates, CV assessment, conducting telephone interviews as well as follow up administration. Please note - this role is predominantly telephone and email based so previous experience in a Customer Services or Call Centre environment would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have the following key skills and attributes:
Be driven, resilient, friendly and professional, with a great people skills
Have excellent written communication skills
Be organised and confident prioritising a demanding workload
Be analytical and have the ability to clearly and convincingly present information
The basic salary is up to £25,000 plus monthly bonuses and bi-annual bonuses for reaching very achievable targets, alongside your Senior Account Manager. Full training will be provided and this is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and motivated team.
