Junior Account Director - up to £80,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, commercially focused account management/sales professional to join this hugely established, yet constantly evolving business.
This is a critical role for the organisation, with the successful candidate playing a key part in building, maintaining and ultimately retaining client business. Based within commutable distance to Leeds but ultimately being a UK wide role, this is an opportunity for a result orientated individual to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with key C-Suite stake holders within target vertical markets in order to offer consultative solutions with the ultimate goal of creating long lasting client relationships.
You will be an utterly effective, compelling story teller, able to truly understand your prospective client's requirements, and offering creative and inventive solutions. You will also be able to build exceptional relationships at director level within your existing client base, adding real value to their business through the creation of value added propositions.
You will work closely with the service delivery team in order to ensure fulfilment of the solutions that you create, and will ultimately be the director level conduit between your client and the organisation. You will be an utterly effective negotiator, capable of presenting commercial propositions in an effective manner, generating interest in bespoke products.
