The Client:

Our forward-thinking and well established IT client based near Reigate in Surrey, are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer / Technician to join their team in order to provide technical support to all of their diverse and loyal client base in the local area.

Due to the nature of this role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.

The IT Support Technician Role:

The role involves working supporting a loyal customer base on a wide range of technical support issues, both remotely and face to face. We are looking for an individual with some previous experience in a similar role, who is driven, highly motivated and keen to learn and progress. Sound interesting? Apply today!

Duties:

  • To manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.
  • To ensure service level agreement standards are met.
  • To resolve incidents escalated from 1st line support team.
  • Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.
  • Promote best practices and adhere to change control process.

  • Clean driving license
  • Own car (required)
