B6 Physiotherapist in Community Rehabilitation

Band 6 Physiotherapist post in Community rehabilitation.

37.5 hours per week.(fewer hours will be considered.) Temporary 11 months maternity leave cover.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to work in intermediate care in Aberdeenshire. Based in Inverurie but with remit to possibly help cover the surrounding area such as Ellon/Westhill, the post holder will be expected to provide advanced physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment in intermediate care in the home setting as well as community hospital interventions. The post holder will supervise junior staff including support workers and students and be expected to work well in a multi- disciplinary and multi – agency environment. Supervision will be provided by the B7 intermediate care staff and the Team Coordinator for the Central area. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills across a variety of complex conditions.

Car availability for work purposes and a valid UK driving licence is essential for this post.
