** Jr Sous - Stunning Hotel & Restaurant - Horsham - £25,000 pa**
We are currently looking for an exceptional Sous Chef for this multi rosette standard restaurant set in a luxury country house hotel in rural Sussex.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background with exposure to a variety of cooking styles and a progressive work history, Rosette experience is important.
Along side the restaurant there is extensive conferencing and banqueting, afternoon teas and private dining, plus an 89 bedroom hotel, so you need to be on the ball and have a flexible attitude. Working along side the Head Chef and Sous chefs within a large team you must have the ability to train, coach enthuse and develop your junior team whilst maintaining the highest standards.
You will be involved in the development of new dishes and menus, so will have creative flair and an eye for detail. You MUST ensure food and hygiene standards are kept high, HACCP and COSHH requirements must also be met.
Working 5 days out of 7 the position is paying up to £25,000 per annum
