Our client, a well-known Slough based company, is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer value and outstanding service. They are expanding their sales team and are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment. Responsibilities:- Conduct engaging sales presentations through B2C campaigns in residential areas.
- Educate potential customers about their brands, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, reflecting the values of customer service excellence.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule as the role is subcontracted, allowing you to choose your workdays between Monday and Saturday. While there’s no fixed rota, we recommend committing to at least 4-5 full days per week to maximise your potential in customer service and sales.
- Uncapped Earnings: This role operates on a commission-only structure, allowing you to benefit from competitive commissions per completed sale, with new starters averaging £350-£600 per week.
- Comprehensive Training: Receive product coaching and ongoing support from experienced sales professionals to enhance your customer service skills and sales techniques.
- Proven Systems: Learn industry standards using established processes to ensure consistent profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

- Free Parking: Convenient parking options available for all team members.
- Must have a full-time work visa if not a UK citizen (TIER 4 / TIER 2 Skilled Work and Student Visas will not be accepted).
- Willing to travel to Slough.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; a strong focus on customer service is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills are a must, as the role involves speaking directly with customers.
- Open to taking on challenges with a positive attitude, embodying the essence of great customer service.
- Must be aged 18 or over.
